Came for a family visit for a few nights and was greeted by Janette the assistant manager! The sweetest most kind hearted person I had encountered in a long time. She went above and beyond to accommodate my stay, which with 4 little ones can be challenging. She made me feel welcome and like home! Anything I needed like extra towels or extra pillows were quickly resolved!!! We travel a bit and this is my far the best hospitality we received in Midland! Thank you Janette for treating us like family!!!
Night clerk could never be found after we checked in. Bartender was nice enough to let me buy quarters from her. Eggs were gone from breakfast by 7:30 am and never replaced. Lady was sweeping and mopping while people were eating. Morning desk host was super nice and helpful. Nice new facility but could use some bleach in the showers for a deep clean
I loved this place. Having a kitchen, complete sets of free weights in the gym, and the super friendly staff is what made it for me. Being able to borrow a little shake blender for my breakfast was so nice too. I was able to work out in the morning, snag a milk box from the fridge, and make a protein shake in my room. This set up kept me on track my whole work trip. When I stay at traditional hotels the gym is always partially out of service and without a kitchen you can't help but eat out. Also the staff always had what I needed. Out of soap? On it. Smaller blender? Got it, and always with joy. I never felt like I was bothering them. I want to stay in a TownPlace Suites everywhere I go if I can.
Great stay at the TownePlace Suites By Marriott in Midland. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious and very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel we’d gladly stay at again.
I had a reservation issue in Big Spring and there were no rooms available, but Monica in Midland went above and beyond to help me. She took full ownership of the situation, treated me with genuine care, and made sure I had a comfortable place to stay for the night. Marriott is lucky to have her she turned a stressful situation into a great experience.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really made the stay enjoyable. The only reasons I could not give it 5 stars are pretty minor; both shampoo and conditioner dispensers in room were completely empty, dried blood was on the comforter and the coffee maker was extremely dirty. I was only there one night so I provided feedback in the morning upon checkout. Staff was very apologetic and would address immediately, so 5 stars on service!

I have been to this location 7+ times and this most recent experience was fantastic!!!!! After a long 12 hours on the road I was met by Samantha who was so patient kind and accommodating. She checked me in swiftly knowing how exhausted I was from the road. Samantha was professional and kind. I slept well the room was clean and comfy. Jen in guest services was professional extremely kind and a breath of fresh air honestly, she's a fantastic human. The house keeping staff is second to NONE!! They not only stay later to accommodate late check out they keep the rooms immaculate!!!! If your looking for a delightful stress free stay this location is where you wanna be. The entire staff is SUPREME!!!
